At Rubber Ducky Isopods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear and accessories; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and limited-edition collectibles must remain in their original sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all Rubber Ducky Isopods hangtags are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
